Turning off Limit Ad Tracking
I want to turn off the "limit ad tracking" on my iPhone but the toggle switch can't be turned off. I've tried looking up how to turn it off but I haven't had any luck.

Since you're unable to turn off this feature, let's be sure you don't have any restrictions enabled that would prevent you from making changes. You can find this under Settings > General > Restrictions. From here you can either disable restrictions entirely or scroll down to Advertising and make sure that it is set to Allow Changes .
